Get started

Scope what you know. Then let VitalSec show you the rest.

Enter the counts you know for an initial estimate, set up VitalSec for your organization, and deploy Rusty Lite across desktop and server endpoints. Then connect identity, cloud, network, backup, mobile, and other systems to build the full estate view. Nothing is charged on this page.

01

Estimate your environment

Enter the endpoint, server, and identity counts you know today. They provide an initial estimate before discovery fills in the estate.

02

Set up VitalSec

Provide your organization name and administrator email. This sets up your VitalSec workspace; no payment method is charged here.

03

Deploy Rusty Lite across the fleet

Deploy Rusty Lite through Intune, Jamf, ConfigMgr, your RMM, another MDM, or your normal enterprise software-deployment workflow. As endpoints enroll, VitalSec replaces the estimate with observed endpoint inventory.

04

Connect the rest of the estate

Add identity, cloud, network, backup, security, mobile, and other connected systems, then confirm the quantities used for subscription checkout.

Fleet discovery with Rusty Lite

Deploy Rusty Lite across the estate with the software-management system you already use.

Use Intune, Jamf, ConfigMgr, an RMM, another MDM, or your normal enterprise deployment workflow. As endpoints enroll, VitalSec replaces estimates with observed endpoint inventory. Your team does not install the agent one machine at a time.

How the estate comes together

Rusty Lite

Endpoint identity, operating system, installed software, and supported local security state.

Identity and device management

Accounts, managed-device inventory, EDR coverage, and devices Rusty has not observed yet.

Network and exposure

Firewall, network, vulnerability, and other infrastructure evidence from the systems that own those facts.

Cloud, backup, and mobile

Cloud workloads, backup coverage, mobile inventory, and other connected estate data.

Rusty establishes endpoint reality. Connected systems complete the estate.

VitalSec keeps observed inventory separate from estimates and reconciles overlapping sources so the estate view shows what is known, what is still missing, and where systems disagree.

Your environment

Confirm your estimated scope

These counts are your starting point. VitalSec's published unit rates stay fixed. Rusty Lite replaces desktop and server endpoint estimates with observed inventory, while connected identity, cloud, network, backup, mobile, and security systems fill in the rest of the estate.

Evaluation terms

One organization-level acceptance covers this setup and the related Rusty Lite evaluation rollout. Individual endpoint users do not sign separately.

The Privacy Policy explains data handling; it is provided as a notice rather than bundled into the acceptance above. Paid services remain subject to the applicable MSA, Service Order or SOW, and supporting data terms where required.
